Rhode Island AG Loses License Denial Appeal

The Rhode Island AG denied an pistol permit application, based upon a police report in a case where the charges were dismissed and the case was to be sealed. Note the applicant's police chief told the AG's office there were no objections to the applicant receiving a pistol permit. The AG's office, per usual, denied the application anyway.
